Our home design process
We’re here to guide you through every step of creating your dream home with our full-service design process. We break
things down into clear, easy-to-follow phases to make sure everything feels smooth and stress-free. From brainstorming
initial ideas and crafting detailed floor plans to creating 3D visualizations, technical drawings, and providing support
during construction—we’ve got you covered, every step of the way.
01 - ONBOARDING
We start by getting to know you, your vision, and your specific needs through an in-depth consultation, ensuring we’re aligned on the goals for your project.
02 - CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
In this phase, ideas begin to take shape. We develop the initial floor plans with careful attention to detail. Every square foot is designed with purpose - balancing functionality, flow and your long-term vision for the home.
03 - SCHEMATIC DESIGN
With the floor plan set, we begin creating the exterior elevations and massing of the home.3D modeling for visualizations and walkthroughs/flyovers of the project ensure you know exactly what you’re getting. First round of client revisions.
04 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once everyone is happy with the floor plans and elevations, we’ll continue refining roof plans, sections and materiality. More 3D walkthroughs and visualizations will be utilized where . Coordination may begin with structural and other engineers if applicable.
05 - CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS & WRAP-UP
This brings us to finalizing all technical drawings, ensuring code compliance and coordination with structural, MEP and other consultants' needs. Once we complete the final client review and revisions we issue the final set of deliverables with all the construction drawings you need to submit for permit approval and begin construction.
06 - CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Once construction begins, we will still be available for any questions about the plans andrequests for supplemental information. Any changes needing to be made will bedocumented and included in a final As-Built set of plans.
